CNC precision machining

We are a well-established manufacturing business and always invest in the latest machine tool and cutting technology, giving us the ability to offer our customers a “one stop shop” service using our wide range of plant, skills and expertise. We have the capabilities to produce a broad range of precision components using either conventional CAD drawings or the latest 3d modelling software working with DXF,STEP, IGES and PDF files.

Working materials include various stainless steels, aluminiums, brass and plastics, we also cater for more exotic materials such as titanium and Inconel. Our strength is our experience in working with different materials in many diverse industries.

CNC Turning

Our CNC turning capabilities range from 2mm up to 550mm diameter with a maximum length of 1000mm. We strive to employ the most efficient methods with our “right part right machine” mentality, making full use of our plant capabilities (such as our Doosan 9 axis lathe).

CNC Milling

Our broad range of machine centres enable us to cater for working jobs up to 500mm by 1000mm, we also include 4th axis machining capabilities on many of our machine centres in order to improve our “complete in one op” strategies.

Welding and Fabrication

Alongside our CNC machine shop, DSE also benefits from a fully independent Sheet Metal and fabrication workshop, which has enabled us to provide combined machining and fabrication solutions to our customers alongside any independent applications.

We specialise in bespoke fabricated solutions throughout all industries: –

Construction and Architectural – Columns, Beams, Bespoke racking, Bar frames, Display units, Tables.
Security – Window grilles, Gates, Posts and Steel doors
Storage – Shelving, Mesh Cages, Fire resistant containers

Our fabrication shop is complimented by a wide range of regulated stock including sheet, bar, tube and box section. Our welding expertise covers a wide range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and duplex to make sure we can cover every eventuality.
